Continuing Professional Development

At Pi-Property Insurance our key message to our Clients and Prospects is to ensure that knowledge helps support the service provided. This is not just another sales pitch but below is 6 practical ways in which we help educate our key business partners.

Surveyors Conferences

We are proud to have been the main sponsors of this long-standing CPD event for the last 9 years. These Surveyors Conferences, run very successfully by Professional Conferences, offer a wide range of topics with our experienced team available all day to answer any insurance related queries.

Viewing online webinars is one of the best ways to educate your team of professionals. In association with Brethertons LLP, a renowned firm of property solicitors, we present at least 4 webinars annually on key topics such as ‘Water Damage Claims’, ‘VAT’ and most recently ‘The Insurance Act’.

Key Client Conferences

An interactive day of learning across a wide range of subjects, both insurance and business related. A key benefit to our clients and the day is structured and tailored to the feedback we receive. We aim to run two of these per year and the feedback on these events has been immensely positive.

Bespoke Training

Often our clients require bespoke training sessions, and we run many of these every year at our client’s offices. Our training sessions can be tailored to insurance and non–insurance staff to help understand issues around regulations, insurance issues, product knowledge and valuations to name just a few.

These training sessions often form part of a business formal training plan and our insurer partners can often support us with more technical issues around such things as engineering insurance, cyber cover, directors & officers cover to give non insurance related staff a core understanding of these subjects.

Breakfast Briefings

Pre-event briefings available at a number of conferences maximising the benefit of staff attending events and gaining knowledge on an area that does not form a regular part of their work namely insurance.

30/ 45minute briefings dealing with key topics and Q&A in small groups mean that these are beneficial to both employers and the member attending.

Claims Relationship Manager

Claims management is what helps all of us retain the business we work so hard for. Our claims relationship manager will deliver bespoke training to your teams, onsite dealing with live issues, real life examples and bespoke support in whatever claims area is deemed appropriate.
