Getting to know Victoria Dawes

Here at Morrison Insurance Solutions our biggest department is our Pi-Broking team. They are the engine of the company, constantly on the phones to our clients and insurers trying to keep everybody happy. The lady at the helm of this team is Vicki Dawes, our Pi Broking Manager.
Vicki has been working in the Insurance industry for 18 years. Currently Cert CII qualified she is now studying hard for her Diploma in Insurance. She balances her study time between her busy work schedule and her family life where she looks after her 2 young boys (and husband!).
We managed to catch Vicki in between meetings to learn a little more about her role and ask her a few questions!
What is your role and what does this include?
My role  is very varied! Where shall I start? I maintain insurer relationships, help develop new products, work on new business placement and strategy, technical referrals and advising clients, identify new opportunities, make sure we are providing a high level of service, and manage the Pi-Property Broking Team...
What is your favourite part of the job?
The variety my role brings.
What is your least favourite part of the job?
What is your favourite food?
Anything Italian! Pizza and Pasta Baby!
What would the name of your debut album be, and what genera of music would it be?
“Mummy, Mummy, Mummy!” as that’s all I hear from the boys, the sort of music it would be is loud, repetitive and annoying!
If you were to win the lottery tomorrow, what would be the first thing you buy?
My house.
What next?
